Description
This silicone rubber is packaged in A:B composition at 20 kg/barrel or 200 kg/barrel. The storage conditions are unmixed two-component sealed and stored at room temperature. It is important to note that this product should not be exposed to compounds containing N, P, and S, so as not to poison the platinum catalyst and affect the effect.

Typical properties of the vulcanisate:
The mixing ratio of components A: B = 1: 1.
Vulcanisation: 5 min. 150 °C + 4 hrs. 200 °C post cure
Application
Rui-He® RH6250 - 40 are mainly used for silicone baby spoons, silicone baby mat, silicone baby doll, fruit mordedor, teether, washbasin, ring teethers, handmade chew charms, pacifier clip, etc.

Rui-He RH6250 - 40 Liquid silicone rubber obtained the following test certificate: RoHS, FDA, MSDS, LFGB, ISO9001:2016.
Packaging & Storage
- RH6250 - 40 Medical is available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
- Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.
Notice
This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.
Performance Testing
RUI-HE Silicone has an extensive quality control system that tests the quality of raw materials first. The material cannot be used unless they are tested and meet our quality control standards. If it does not pass our incoming quality control testing, the material is refused and trucked back to the manufacturer.
Second, during the producing process, our quality control group will test the new batch of compound silicone rubber by taking some samples (twice from solid silicone rubber or three times from liquid silicone rubber) from different steps in the process. After passing the test, this batch can be sealed to pack and deliver to the customers.
